How does one get invited over for tasting such experiments.<BR/><BR/>Actually one does not want to pour caramel onto paper. Right on a metal (not non-stick) is better, especailly if survace has been brushed with clear oil.<BR/><BR/>Also for the home cook, one should have as deep a container of mostly ice ice water on hand. A caramel burn is the most dangerous burn in a kitchen.
